Back in 2008, I bought myself my very first electronic drawing tablet. It was never used on this work
Having worked on a touchpad for the previous eight years, getting something that made things that much easier felt very cheaty to me. So I resolved to prove that I could do it the hard way first.
That is, photoshop, touchpad, tiny reference (200 x 250 pixels), brush and smudge tools only, no filters, all freehand–no tracing, no grid, no measuring.
